However, it’s important to note that unless privately arranged, our shipping services are limited to addresses within the borders of South Africa. Shipping Fees and Weight Restrictions

Please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply for orders that exceed a certain weight. This is to ensure that we can continue to provide a reliable and cost-effective shipping service to all our customers. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within South Africa is 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Ultimate Tooling is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to re-ship the order to the correct address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, damage or loss can occasionally occur during transit. International Shipping

As mentioned, unless privately arranged, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
